French in the Kitchen

How do you say “pan, spoon, measuring cup, flour, butter,
plate, oven,...” in French?

Regardless of your French language capabilities, if you have spent anytime in the kitchen, you have been exposed to French cooking terminology - Velouté, soufflé, au gratin, bouillon, entrée, fricassé, hors-d’oeuvre, etc...

Ever wondered what these words really mean?

Come join us in the kitchen! We will teach you everything you need to know as we cook together easy French recipes that will be sure to make your mouths water and impress your friends and family.

Food and French go hand in hand... so let’s get cooking, and of course, enjoy the results together! Bon appétit!
