Course Description

1hr/week activity based sessions where students progressively acquire different elements of the language and constantly reinforce their new knowledge through their active participation in activities such as games, role playing, movie extracts, magazine exploration and songs.

Week after week we progressively cover all the basics of the language, and constantly reinforce the vocabulary and grammar already touched upon.

The student, rather than being a passive recipient of knowledge, becomes an actor in the target language while growing in confidence. This formula grabs the attention of students and leads them to a desire for more rigorous learning of the language later on, which will require some homework...

Student Profile

These classes are for total beginners looking for an initiation into the language as well as for students looking for a practice time on top of the French classes in their regular school.

We approximately determine the level of French of the student (total beginner, elementary level, intermediate,...) and set up groups accordingly.

This course is offered in a private or group (2-5 students) setting.
