Enrollment conditions

Regarding the small size of the group (5 students maximum), it is advised to register as soon as you decide to attend the class.

To complete your enrollment, please fill in the attached form, as well as the test and send them to us. Upon arrival of your form, a pre-enrollment confirmation will be sent to you with detailed information on the chosen course, accommodation and the total price of the course. A 10% deposit of the total cost is needed to confirm your registration.

Please mail your 10% deposit check made payable to Ecole2France, 6001 Atkins Farm Court, Raleigh, NC 27606-8500. This check will only be cashed on the first day of class. The remaining balance is due on the first day of class.

Cancellation

No cancellations or refund claims can be made after the beginning of the course. Ecole2France reserves the right to cancel a course if we don’t have the minimum number of students required for the course. In this case, your 10% deposit will be refunded.
