Enrollment request

Because our classes are limited to 5 students per class, it is advised to register as soon as you decide to attend the class.

To submit an online enrollment request, please complete the form below. Ecole2France will notify you when we receive your request.

Registration process

Once your request is accepted, you will be asked to complete the registration process. A 10% deposit of the total cost is needed to confirm your registration..

In the unlikely event that we don't have the minimum number of students required for the course (3 students minimum), Ecole2France reserves the right to cancel a course. In this case, your deposit will be refunded.

Payment

For a group course, full payment is due on the first day of class.

For private or tutoring lessons, payment is due on the day of the lesson.

Books

Some courses may require the purchase of books. In this case, a book fee will be charged at the beginning of the course.

Cancellation

No cancellations or refund claims can be made after the beginning of the course.

Make-Ups

Each student enrolled in a semester course is entitled to one free 30-minute make-up lesson per term as a substitute for a missed class. If you miss a class, your teacher will always inform you on material covered in class and homework assignment missed while you were out.

48-hour notice

If necessary to cancel a private or tutoring lesson, notice must be given 48 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid the lesson charge. Exception is made in the case of illness or emergency.
