Theater Production and Performance
Fall Semester 2007: Moliere “L’Avare” at Ecole2France
Spring Semester 2008: our production of Moliere “L’Avare” will be shown at the Alliance Française of Raleigh, Raleigh area High School and Colleges. We are planning on producing another play and are waiting for upcoming students who would be interested in performing.
Children singing and poetry reading performance
Fall semester 2007: our students have performed “Sur le Pont d’Avigon” and read poems in French.
Spring 2008: our students will sing and read poems in French at the end of the semester
Museum tours & special exhibit tours
Spring 2007: our students had a tour in French and another tour in English of the French section and the “Revolution in Paint” exhibit at the North Carolina Museum of Art
Fall 2007: our students had the opportunity to have a tour in French of “The Lost Colony” exhibit at the North Carolina Museum of History
Spring 2008: our students will have the opportunity to tour the French section of the Ackland Art Museum, UNC-Chapel Hill
Club for college students & young professionals
A Franco-American club for college students and young professionals, to foster and celebrate Franco-American friendship, in enjoying French movie showings, social gatherings, history & art museum tours, and theater performances. If you like French culture, history, art, cinema, come join us at Ecole2France, French restaurants & bakeries, sport and cultural events.
This club is open to and free for college students and young professionals, who are Ecole2France students and Alliance Française members interested in learning more about France and French culture.
